The VirtuAlarm® APP™ for both iPhone and Android.  The VirtuAlarm APP™ allows the customer to receive near-real time alarm alerts, allowing them the ability to either CANCEL or DISPATCH the alarm if needed.  They can also place the alarm on hold for 90 second increments and view any cameras right through the APP to make an informed decision. The VirtuAlarm® APP™ also includes the ability for the customer to add additional users for receipt of both interactive and view only alarm notifications.

GoToMyAlarm.com is included FREE for 24/7 online access to update emergency contacts, zone descriptions and view alarm history.  Just enter your account number and password for 24/7 access to this option.

 1. Our initial basic monitoring plans are offered with initial pre-paid initial monitoring terms of 1 to 36 months and differ between UL Fire services and Non-UL Fire services.  

2. Initial rate plans for non-UL Fire services do not include any optional services such as automatic test timers, communications testing, opening & closing services or NFPA certified UL FIRE response.

3. If UL Fire services are ordered, it shall then include automatic test timers up to two times a fay, plus it will include NFPA certified UL FIRE response.

4. Initial monitoring rates include signal receipt and processing from area 00 and area 01 of the consumers alarm panel, with additional fees for areas 02 and higher should the consumers alarm panel have multiple user areas.

5. Initial monitoring rates may include the transmitter services detailed in the actual initial order, however should the initial transmitter be changed, additional rates may occur.

If we cannot monitor your system, we guarantee to refund 100% of any new service order under the following conditions:

1. Consumer makes a good faith effort to complete a DIY set-up.
2. Consumer has a fully functioning system ready for monitoring.
3. Consumer has worked with tech-support to resolve any possible issue.
4. Consumer has not requested and been issued an insurance certificate.
5. No alarm signals were received by Contractor from Consumer.

If the above items are met and contractor cannot obtain signals from the consumers system after 90 days, consumer may cancel online at www.CancelMyAlarm.com. Then, once all equipment has been returned in like new condition, consumer will receive a full refund, less any special order item fees or  shipping & handling fees above a standard shipping method.

We guarantee to provide monitoring services for the lowest rates Nationwide.  If within 90 days you find a rate lower than ours, we will issue a refund to your account for the difference between our rate and the lower rate discovered under the following conditions: 

1. Lower rate must be openly advertised to the general public.
2. Lower rate must be for equitable service methods, including inclusive features and setup costs.  
3. Lower rate cannot be from a subsidiary, alarm partner or affiliate of The ULFM Group.
4. Lower rate guarantee only valid in initial monitoring term orders.
5. Lower rate refund must be requested within 90 days of initial order online at www.OurBestRate.com.
